Project: Plan & execute a 1.5 MWp Solar PV project at client-owned hazardous waste landfill, as a pilot for multi-site, multi-state client site portfolio.

Scope: Included strategic planning, technical/regulatory due diligence & financial modeling; managing a private informal bid process for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of the project; placement of SRECs.

NATIONAL HAZARDOUS WASTE CLEAN-UP CONTRACTOR
Project: Assess technical, legal & financial feasibility of sitting a solar PV facility on client-operated hazardous waste landfill, as the first in a series of candidate client sites.

Scope: Site review, red-flag screening, technical/legal/liability assessment, policy/regulatory review, financial modeling, & integrated recommendations.

UTILITY-SCALE SOLAR PV DEVELOPER
Project: Optimize, & find/structure financing for, developer’s planned 30 MWp solar PV facility in Southern California, as template for several additional projects in same area.

Scope: Included multiple technical & financial modeling reviews to identify optimal components & system, developing project overviews & financial presentation materials, PPA source- & -structuring recommendations, detailed interconnection reviews, and recommendations resulting in project cap-ex reductions of over 30% from original estimates

NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRADE ASSOCIATION
Project: In-depth foundational analysis to define objectives and means available for cost-effective association/member management of financial risks posed by regulation of industry greenhouse gas emissions, including direct-install or 3rd -party financed solar facilities to generate offsets or reduce carbon footprints.

Scope: Included (a) structuring and feasibility assessment of specific "service modules" for association support or direct management, and (b) designing a detailed RFP framework and process.

MAJOR AIRPORT OWNER/OPERATOR
Project: Evaluate near-term Renewable Energy ("RE") opportunities at client-operated commercial airport, representing the first in a potential portfolio of rooftop or ground-mounted projects at client sites.

Scope: Included (a) assessing feasibility of a pending 3rd party proposal for utility-scale solar PV on airport land; (b) assessing site-specific feasibility of several RE technologies; (c) conceptual planning of a Distributed Generation solar PV facility to offset airport use of grid-supplied power; and (d) concept-planning a public procurement strategy and schedule.
